Custodial Services Supervisor
ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Custodial Services Supervisor
with a background in supervising custodial staff and contractors for a full-time position at a government facility in Springfield, Virginia.

- Competitive salary of $70,000 to $85,000/year depending on experience;

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Direct and manage all custodial and pest control personnel, subcontractors, and schedules;
- Ensure custodial staff compliance with the Contractor’s Emergency Response Plan, Safety Plan, and Environmental Compliance Plan;
- Oversee and maintain custodial supplies;
- Effectively interface with the client verbally and in writing;
- Use innovative approaches, technology, and other means and methods to develop and perform the most efficient cleaning services for the building;
- Reduce the environmental impacts of work performed under the contract by using environmentally sound practices, processes, and products;
- Assist the Government in managing the recycling program;
- Manage and provide oversight for non-hazardous waste removal;
- Develop custodial staff requirements based on an occupied facility to determine the right mix of staff to meet the client’s needs;
- Manage and direct custodial staff to meet daily needs of client, based on their requests and input; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Must be a US citizen and must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management or custodial related work;
- High school, vocational, or trade school diploma or equivalent; and
- Computer proficiency required along with good English reading and writing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $70,000 to $85,000/year depending on experience
Location: Springfield, VA
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 hours per week). Operating hours on-site are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday; Shifts will consist of an 8-hour shift during those hours. On-call support will be required on an occasional basis.
