· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures without exception.

· Repair and maintain a variety of customer-facing systems and equipment.

· Maintain work complete and service records for all equipment.

· Coordinate and prioritize workload with your supervisor.

· Operation of forklift machinery.

· Perform a variety of building maintenance tasks, including cross-training in floor care, escalator cleaning, high-reach work, general maintenance, painting, and other duties assigned by your supervisor.
