• →Utilize the loan origination system and vendor systems for appraisal order assignments
• →Address basic appraiser queries and identify issues
• →Communicate with appraisers and AMCs to ensure inspection appointments and completions meet deadlines
• →Request and monitor quotes on complex appraisal assignments
• →Communicate with the loan team
• →Review appraisal reports to ensure accurate fulfillment
• →Deliver appraisal reports to loan applicants, meeting ECOA Valuations timing requirements
• →Comply with general industry and Agency appraisal and valuation requirements

• Previous Appraisal Coordinator or Appraisal Desk experience from a mortgage lender or AMC environment
• Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and terms
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, ever-changing environment
