• →Film, edit and publish short-form video content across social platforms
• →Attend events and visit branch locations to capture and publish real-time content
• →Produce vision, scripts, and direction for social media photo and video content
• →Work directly with Loan Originators, coaching on camera confidence, delivery, and storytelling to build independent skills
• →Help team build a strong library of content in our CRM platform for ongoing use
• →Provide practical guidance to make continued content development easy

• Demonstrated experience shooting and editing short-form video content – a strong portfolio of social reels or equivalent is required.
• Confident presenting ideas, receiving feedback and refining work
• Detail oriented with impeccable time management
• Experience with fast-paced editing and same day content turn around
• Experience storytelling and developing unique branding strategies
• Proficiency with standard mobile and desktop editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent)
• Ability to work out of the Fairfax, VA office
• Some local travel may be required
