Project Controller

What You'll Do

• Manage project setup, billing, and budget tracking in Deltek Vision/VantagePoint or similar ERP system
• Support Project Managers with financial reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis to ensure project success
• Communicate directly with clients regarding invoicing, billing questions, and other financial matters
• Oversee revenue recognition, collections, and compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
• Apply independent judgment to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and make sound financial decisions
• Train and support project teams on financial best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Two (2) years or more of experience functioning in a similar capacity.
• Must have experience with Deltek Vision/Vantage Point or similar Accounting ERP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound 
  financial decisions.
