GET FAMILIAR WITH THIS APPRENTICESHIP

Schedule: As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (half-day Fridays – your weekends start early!).

Your Typical Day: As an HVAC Apprentice, no two days are the same. Each morning, you'll work alongside seasoned pros, learning the ropes of both HVAC and plumbing. One day, you'll be installing a new furnace, and the next, you'll be fixing plumbing systems to keep families comfortable. You'll gather tools, assist with troubleshooting, and handle hands-on repairs – all while building a future in a respected, high-demand trade. And the best part? No high-pressure sales, no late-night calls. Just a solid day's work, where you'll feel proud of what you accomplished.

What You'll Need to Get Started:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Residence within a 15-minute commute of our St. Cloud, MN shop
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and handle the physical aspects of the job
