Quick Summary
What You'll Do The Conversion Strategy and Experimentation Manager turns web performance signals into clear hypotheses, structured experiments, and actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
~3 min readThe Conversion Strategy and Experimentation Manager turns web performance signals into clear hypotheses, structured experiments, and actionable recommendations. This role strengthens the existing conversion rate optimization program by increasing bandwidth for test reports, monthly conversion reporting, experiment workflow management, and quick-turn analysis across priority web experiences.
This role improves how Avalara uses data, experimentation, and user experience insight to make better digital decisions. It helps teams identify which pages and experiences to optimize, define user experience requirements, increase experiment throughput, and improve the quality of recommendations that support business outcomes.
The role also gives the experimentation function more scale. It complements existing subject matter expertise by adding capacity for performance monitoring, test ownership, Adobe Target configuration, pre-launch quality assurance, reporting, and analysis. The result is a more consistent path from opportunity identification to implementation and learning.
This role is fully remote and will report to our Director, Digital Experience Strategy
