~3 min read
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Insights & Marketing Database to help build, manage, and scale the data foundation and insight-generation capabilities that power marketing decision-making. This role owns the health, structure, and intelligence of our marketing and customer data, and turns that data into clear, actionable insight that improves acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and expansion.

This role spans both the operational side of marketing data, including CRM and marketing-automation database quality, segmentation, and audience management, and the analytical side, including marketing data warehouse, BI, and pipeline analytics. The person in this role will ensure marketing runs on trustworthy, well-governed data and will translate that data into insights leaders can act on.

This person will also help advance the AI transformation of the marketing group by identifying and operationalizing AI-enabled use cases that improve data quality, segmentation, audience modeling, insight generation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate combines strong data fluency, marketing acumen, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution skills. They bring a builder-and-operator mindset, technical depth in data and analytics tooling, and curiosity about how AI can make marketing data smarter, cleaner, and more actionable. They are not only an analyst; they are a partner who helps the marketing organization make faster, better-informed decisions.

  • Help create a culture of data-driven, test-and-learn decision-making across the marketing organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, database marketing, marketing operations, business intelligence, revenue operations, or related roles.
