Now Hiring an Executive Director for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility, opening in Norfolk, VA.

• →Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.
• →Address all staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc. - to maintain smooth HR function
• →Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management
• →Oversee all aspects of admissions and discharge process
• →Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency and accountability
• →Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments
• →Maintain professional relationships with all external business contacts
• →Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred
• Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Ability to problem solve and think critically
• Honest, dignified and respectable character which models recovery principles
