Compensation: $30-$32 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is seeking experienced welders, combination welders, fabricators, and welding professionals to join our team as instructors.
If you have hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding processes and enjoy mentoring others, this is your opportunity to transition from the field into a Welding Instructor role where you can help shape the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

About the Role
~1 min read- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum three (3) years of hands-on welding experience required
- Background in combination welding, fabrication, manufacturing, industrial, or construction welding environments preferred
- American Welding Society (AWS) certification required within the first six (6) months of employment
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, welding safety, and fabrication techniques
- Interest in mentoring, coaching, and developing students
- Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven educational environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Flexibility to support evening schedules as needed
