- Work on complex, high-value products spanning hardware, services, and emerging digital capabilities
- Own and drive the product management and marketing strategy for a growing portfolio of technical products and solutions
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle execution—from identifying customer needs to commercialization and long-term portfolio optimization
- Drive profitable growth by aligning product strategy with revenue, margin, and market expansion goals
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across global channels, ensuring strong adoption and commercial success
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership teams to deliver business results
- Lead and develop a team across product management, pricing, product support, and marketing functions
- Evaluate and shape future growth opportunities, including adjacent markets, partnerships, and potential acquisitions
- Balance near-term execution with long-term strategy to position the business for sustained growth
- 12+ years of experience in product management within a complex, technical, or industrial environment
- Proven track record of owning product lines or portfolios with responsibility for revenue growth, margin performance, and business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead products through the full lifecycle: concept → development → commercialization → scale → optimization
- Strong business and financial acumen, with experience making investment and prioritization decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Background in industrial products, medical devices, life sciences, or other engineered product environments
- Ability to operate with a general manager mindset—balancing strategy, execution, and financial performance
- Experience managing and developing teams across product management and related functions
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business education preferred
- Willingness to work onsite in Noblesville, IN (4 days/week) and travel as needed
