• Lead the enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations strategy to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology services across the organization.
• Oversee IT operations across production support, network operations, telecom, cloud services, help desk, field support, business continuity, and systems management.
• Drive post-acquisition technology integration, including domain migrations, network integration, email tenant transitions, hardware/software alignment, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Build and mature IT service delivery, support mechanisms, policies, procedures, standards, patching, maintenance, backup, and cloud infrastructure practices.
• Establish and execute a cybersecurity strategy aligned to business goals, regulatory expectations, and enterprise risk priorities.
• Lead cybersecurity operations, including risk assessments, vulnerability mitigation, incident response, compliance reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure infrastructure and cybersecurity investments support business growth, operational resilience, and acquisition scalability.
• Manage and mentor IT operations, support, systems, network, and cloud engineering team members.

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity management, infrastructure, or IT operations, including proven leadership responsibility.
• Strong background leading infrastructure and operations teams across systems, networks, cloud services, help desk, field support, telecom, and service delivery.
• Significant experience with M&A technology integration, domain migrations, system integration, IT governance, and general controls.
• Strong knowledge of systems, networking protocols, networking hardware/software, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience developing cybersecurity strategies, conducting risk assessments, overseeing incident response, and communicating cybersecurity posture to senior leadership.
• Working knowledge of security regulations and compliance standards such as PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar security certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in a growing, acquisition-driven environment where scalability, standardization, and practical execution are critical.
