Join a leading financial services organization supporting compliance transformation across regulatory change management, governance, controls, and business readiness. This team partners across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and external vendor groups to strengthen how regulatory changes are documented, implemented, socialized, and sustained in a business-as-usual environment. The environment is collaborative, highly governed, and focused on building practical, auditable processes that support enterprise compliance expectations.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Jersey City, NJ, supporting a high-visibility compliance readiness initiative. The role offers exposure to regulatory change management operating models, governance frameworks, process documentation, platform readiness, stakeholder enablement, and go-live stabilization activities.

• Support the rollout and stabilization of a Regulatory Change Management operating model as the program transitions from project delivery into BAU execution.
• Draft and refine key RCM documentation, including policies, procedures, operating models, RACI materials, training content, user guides, and supporting governance artifacts.
• Translate governance decisions, process expectations, and operating model requirements into clear, practical, auditable procedures.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and vendor teams to support platform onboarding, readiness assessments, and go-live preparation.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement, training readiness, user onboarding, communications, FAQs, and troubleshooting materials.
• Help ensure documentation supports audit and exam readiness through traceability, version control, clear ownership, and strong process clarity.

• 10+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory change management, compliance operations, risk management, governance, or related financial services functions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory change management processes, operating models, governance structures, and compliance documentation expectations.
• Proven ability to draft policies, procedures, training materials, operating models, RACI documents, and audit-ready artifacts.
• Experience supporting business readiness, change enablement, go-live planning, BAU transition, or post-go-live stabilization.
• Ability to work across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and vendor stakeholders.
• Strong written communication, process documentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services or banking compliance experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced, governance-focused environment.
