The IT team supports meaningful business transformation by building scalable systems that help legal, operations, and client support teams work more efficiently.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity supporting a long-term Salesforce platform initiative with a Monday through Friday schedule aligned to Eastern Time business hours. The role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful process improvements, support enterprise Salesforce growth, and work with teams that value advocacy, efficiency, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving. - Build, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions that improve legal operations, client experience, and internal workflow efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce functionality.
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and automation tools.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms, including document management systems, e-discovery tools, and client portals.
- Design and maintain Salesforce data models, role-based access controls, workflow automation, and security measures.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and recommend improvements that strengthen reliability and usability.
- Support development standards, code reviews, technical documentation, user guides, and ongoing system support.
- Help expand adoption of advanced Salesforce capabilities, including Einstein AI, analytics, and automation tools.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including large-scale or complex Salesforce implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, automation strategies, workflow optimization, and integration architecture.
- Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce and third-party business applications.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with legal workflows, document automation, client intake processes, e-discovery tools, or client portals is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
