Join an IT team focused on expanding and optimizing Salesforce capabilities across the organization. This role supports a professional services environment where Salesforce is a key platform for improving operational efficiency, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and enabling better visibility through data, reporting, and process automation. The team values collaboration, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement as it enhances how internal users work with Salesforce.
This is a remote, U.S.-based opportunity supporting Salesforce administration, business analysis, user enablement, integrations, reporting, and ongoing platform improvements. The role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted Salesforce subject matter expert while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to shape scalable solutions.
- Serve as a primary Salesforce expert, supporting day-to-day administration, enhancements, and user adoption.
- Manage Salesforce users, permissions, security settings, data integrity, system configuration, and release updates.
- Configure custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, automation, reports, and dashboards.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Identify process gaps, system inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality and business workflows.
- Support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and help ensure reliable platform performance.
- Facilitate testing, training, change management, and end-user support to drive successful adoption.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification ADM-201 required.
- Proven ability to configure Salesforce custom objects, workflows, validation rules, automation, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data management, and data integrity best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs preferred.
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Business Analyst preferred.
- Familiarity with Pardot, Tableau, or other Salesforce-related applications is helpful.
- Legal industry workflow or professional services experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder management, and end-user support skills.
