Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by responding promptly to emergency and non-emergency work order requests.
  • Manage requests via phone, email, internal software, and customer web-based platforms.
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure accurate documentation from start to finish.
  • Create, review, and deliver quotes based on customer requests and service needs.
  • Manage invoices, billing support, and related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records aligned with customer contract requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national and strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate clear, timely communication between customers and Axis operations and service teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Apply HVAC equipment knowledge to support advanced, customized solutions.
  • Partner with field teams to ensure the right equipment and solutions are delivered for each customer need.

 

  • This position is primarily in-office, with limited work-from-home flexibility based on seasonality, performance, and team workload.
  • You will have a regular schedule, with required on-call shifts—including nights, weekends, and holidays—to support 24/7 customer needs. 
  • Workload increases during peak seasons and weather-related emergencies. Flexibility and responsiveness are key to success in this role.

 

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a similar coordination role preferred.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-demand environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with internal teams and external customers.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
