Requirements
~1 min readExtensive SEM & Paid Social Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget, highly complex performance marketing accounts, specifically in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Affiliate marketing programs and integrating them into a holistic performance strategy.
Mastery of Ad Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor, and Meta Business Manager. You know the fastest ways to deploy massive changes without errors.
Data & Analytics Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with GA4 (custom explorations, attribution modeling), Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, data layers), and Looker Studio (data blending, complex dashboard creation).
