A subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management arm of the Crédit Agricole Group, Azqore is an international company specializing in Information Systems outsourcing and Banking Operations Processing for private banking players.

We provide our customers with an Integrated Information System (S2i), and a full range of digital banking products and services.

We also handle our customers' back office operations from three hubs, in Switzerland, Singapore and Portugal. By 2020, Azqore will have 200 billion (CHF) in assets under management, represented by some thirty banks.

Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Lausanne, Singapore and Lisbon to handle the banking operations of demanding customers.

You will be member of the Securities Master file team (within the Securities Team), responsible for the processing and managing asset creation and maintenance.

The Security Master File Officer is part of the Operations department and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be helping launch this activity in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.

The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal).

Responsibilities

Opening, monitoring, and updating of securities.
→
Monitoring and managing estimated prices of securities via Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters, and various custodians.

Capacity in reading and analyzing prospectuses for investment funds.
→
Proactively manages and resolves discrepancies, relating to the functions he/she is responsible for, with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and abroad.

Participates in Azqore Operations projects, proactively drives and implements process enhancement and improvements, where necessary.

🧙‍♂️ Your core competencies

3-5 years previous experience in Securities Master File is preferred.
→
Build and maintain a strong communication channel with clients and stakeholders.
→
Client Service Oriented.
→
Demonstrate a knowledge of the key risk areas of the functions and its relevant control.

Demonstrate strong escalation skills and the ability to be part of the diagnostic process and implement solutions.
→
Demonstrate a willingness to cross-train to other functions within the team, when required
→
Knowledge of banking and financial services processes.
→
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
→
Proficiency in relevant tools and software for securities processing.
→
Rigorous and results oriented
→
Adaptable and resilient
→
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
→
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
