About the Role
~1 min read- Lead sales operations in the U.S. market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry, including new client acquisition, partnership development, and strategic account growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research and analyze U.S. market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging business models to provide data-driven support for business development strategies and decision-making.
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients and partners, clearly communicating the value of the company’s services and solutions.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business performance, team progress, and achievement of revenue targets.
- Responsible for the revenue growth of the US market; directly manage the US team, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and support functions, by setting goals, monitoring performance, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the programmatic advertising industry.

At least 5 years of proven experience in sales team management, self-driven and with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets and building robust relationships with clients and partners.
- Experience working with ad tech vendors and platforms, direct advertisers, agency trading desks, SSPs, and DSPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Estimated Base Salary Range: 150k-278k USD
