Field Specialist II - FLD

Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Pressure Pumping Services team arrange technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations. 

As a Field Specialist - Cementing, you will support the Pressure Pumping division. You will be working on a variety of complex projects. In-line with Cementing Recovery plan, to cover cementing job audits and flawless service delivery. 

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for: 

• Ensuring HSE requirements complied, carrying out quality management and providing feedback on products in field or safe level of spare inventory. 

• Perform engineering design reviews and validation checks for cementing operations to ensure compliance with job requirements, operational standards, and customer-agreed objectives. 

• Performing checks of equipment required for cementing to ensure operational readiness. 

• Coordinating and supervising activities of the team via assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support. 

• Coaching, developing and mentoring junior members of the team to share knowledge. 

• Providing records of equipment and other materials to the customer representative at the rig/well site. 

To be successful in this role you will: 

• Have a related technical college or equivalent. 

• Have at least 3 years' of field experience in cementing. 

• Be an effective team player and display good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. 

• Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding. 

• Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo any additional required training. 

• Be able to travel nationally and internationally to work with customers on-site.
