· Lead and Supervise field execution of well completion and liner hanger operations at rig sites, ensuring comply to engineering programs and client specification.
· Providing daily morning report and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members regarding job status, field finding, and operational challenges.
· Preparing and/or cross-checking Run-in Hole Tally and Completing Field Pre-job Checklist including risk assessment and any special requirements as per project. Also ensuring all post job paperwork is prepared, signed and provided to representative in office.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field processes and service delivery. Including contributes to lessons learned, failure analysis, and service quality improvement.
· Support workshop teams in equipment preparation, maintenance, redress and inspection as required.
· Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Fuel your passion
· Have Technical Diploma or equivalent.
· Have more than 6 years’ experience running completions tools (offshore field experience)
· Have thorough technical knowledge in liner hanger, cased hole completion or completion techniques in drilling/work over rig operations (offshore and onshore environment).
· Be competent in running wellbore construction and completions system in onshore or offshore application.
· Be able to work, communicate well in a team and available & open to cross product line training and field opportunities.
