Administration Officer

• Part-time opportunity available| Monday through Friday | No weekends

BaptistCare is seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our 85-bed Residential Aged Care facility in Albany. In this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of the site while ensuring our residents remain at the centre of everything we do.

• →First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.  
• →Manage administrative aspects of resident admissions and discharges, including applications and wait lists.  
• →Process accounts receivable/payable, place purchase orders, and manage office supplies.  
• →General administration: filing, mail, data entry, word processing, minute taking, photocopying.  
• →Maintain records to meet internal/external reporting requirements.  
• →Liaise with internal stakeholders for travel, accommodation, and catering bookings.  
• →Develop and improve administrative processes.  
• →Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health policies and Baptistcare’s Code of Conduct.  
• →Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement. 

• Experience in administration or reception
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and admin systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Customer‑focused and team‑oriented
