About the Role
~1 min readAs a Therapy & Leisure Partner, you’ll help residents live with meaning, dignity and joy by delivering personalised leisure, lifestyle and therapeutic activities.
Based at Moonya in Manjimup, you’ll work under the guidance of the Lifestyle Coordinator and alongside our Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and wider care team. You’ll support residents to stay active, connected and confident through programs tailored to their abilities, interests and individual needs.
You’ll create opportunities for residents to enjoy meaningful engagement — from everyday activities to therapist‑guided programs that support functional ability and emotional wellbeing.
- Part-time – 50 hours per fortnight
- Monday & Tuesday: 3:00pm–7:00pm
- Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am–3:30pm
- Possible weekend availability

To be successful, you will have:
- Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent/progressing toward)
- Experience supporting people living with dementia
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of WHS practices
- Strong communication skills and a person‑centred approach
