- Comfortable working around chemicals, cleaning processes, and pressure test equipment.
- Ability to recognize nonconforming conditions and escalate issues appropriately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move parts as required.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and customer specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing, inspection, and documentation.

- Perform Flow / Pressure Testing on parts, assemblies, and components according to work instructions, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Set up, operate, and monitor flow and pressure test equipment.
- Verify test results, identify failures or out-of-tolerance conditions, and notify supervision or quality personnel as needed.
- Complete required documentation, travelers, logs, and inspection records accurately and on time.
- Perform Cleanliness Verification inspections to confirm parts meet cleanliness requirements before release or next operation.
- Support operation of the Titanium Clean Line, including part preparation, cleaning, rinsing, drying, and handling.
- Follow all chemical handling, safety, PPE, and environmental procedures.
- Maintain proper part identification, traceability, and segregation throughout processing.
- Perform basic equipment checks, routine housekeeping, and preventive maintenance support.
- Work with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve processing or test-related issues.
Requirements
