Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Review grant applications for completeness and required documentation.
- →Assist with processing counseling invoices and coding in IFS.
- →Support scholarship administration for trade school and college applicants.
- →Assist with registrations for CARES programs and events, including Weekend to Remember.
- →Help collect, organize, and maintain CARES program data and reports.
- →Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately.
- →Provide general administrative support for the CARES team.
- →Assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Part-time internship based in our Memphis, TN Service Center.
- Flexible schedule of 10-20 hours per week.
- Gain hands-on experience in administrative support, program coordination, and employee-focused initiatives.
