Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on facility equipment and systems
  • Complete minor construction and repair projects across the facility
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical components (lighting, outlets, switches, and motors)
  • Monitor and coordinate waste management and vendor services
  • Serve as point of contact for facility systems (fire, security, access control)
  • Troubleshoot and maintain systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, wash bay, and gate operations
  • Support vendor site visits and ensure work is completed safely and effectively
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, sweepers, and grounds equipment
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read measurements, weights, and basic math calculations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime and occasional travel
  • Ability to pass drug screen, background check, and fit-for-duty assessment
