Maintenance Director

• →Lead and continuously improve the company-wide fleet maintenance program, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• →Facilitate weekly maintenance meetings to review performance, resolve issues, and align priorities
• →Partner with the IT department to enhance maintenance systems, reporting, and process automation
• →Support branch maintenance teams in executing maintenance strategies and resolving operational challenges
• →Collaborate with Regional Directors to develop and implement proactive maintenance plans
• →Coordinate with critical service center functions, including:
• →Fleet Services
• →DOT Compliance
• →Safety & Quality
• →Provide leadership and coordination support during branch acquisitions and integrations
• →Monitor key maintenance metrics and drive initiatives for continuous improvement
• →Perform additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Proven experience managing fleet maintenance programs, preferably in a multi-site environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
