Maintenance Director

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and continuously improve the company-wide fleet maintenance program, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- →Facilitate weekly maintenance meetings to review performance, resolve issues, and align priorities
- →Partner with the IT department to enhance maintenance systems, reporting, and process automation
- →Support branch maintenance teams in executing maintenance strategies and resolving operational challenges
- →Collaborate with Regional Directors to develop and implement proactive maintenance plans
- →Coordinate with critical service center functions, including:
- →Fleet Services
- →DOT Compliance
- →Safety & Quality
- →Provide leadership and coordination support during branch acquisitions and integrations
- →Monitor key maintenance metrics and drive initiatives for continuous improvement
- →Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proven experience managing fleet maintenance programs, preferably in a multi-site environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary and performance bonus
