The Innovation Team Lead will support Barrow Wise's project and perform the following duties:

• →Lead the Project Team, reporting to the Portfolio Executive, and reviewing the work and timesheets of Project Facilitators and Assistant Project Facilitators assigned to the same project.
• →Assess and evaluate Project status.
• →Drive project to defined deliverables and track progress of completion.
• →Prepare for and present the project at program decision meetings.
• →Assess needs, request resources, and develop resource scopes of work to support the project in meeting specific deliverables or milestones.

An ideal candidate has the following:

• →U.S. Citizenship
• →Master's Degree or Higher in a related field
• →20+ years of experience
