The Curriculum Office Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the school's faculty and staff to help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of academic programs and campus operations. This role focuses on clerical and logistical support, including preparing instructional materials, managing testing resources, coordinating substitute teacher check-ins, and assisting with various office tasks.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Making copies and preparing instructional materials for teachers and staff
- →Organizing, assembling, and distributing testing materials and testing boxes
- →Assisting with school-wide assessment preparation and logistics
- →Greeting, checking in, and providing resources to substitute teachers
- →Maintaining records related to substitute coverage and staff absences
- →Supporting curriculum and academic teams with clerical and administrative tasks
- →Filing, organizing, and maintaining office records and documents
- →Assisting with data entry and basic spreadsheet maintenance
- →Monitoring office supply inventory and preparing supply requests as needed
- →Providing general front office and campus support as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- One year of administrative, clerical, customer service, or school support experience preferred
- Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one, if required)
- Experience working in a school or educational environment
- Experience working with children and families
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
