As a member of our personal care and companionship team, you will do truly meaningful work—and be valued, respected, and heard. While you support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living, we'll support you with training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience.

We have current job openings for HHAs/CNA's – Home Health Aides/CNA's in the following locations:

Bradenton
Parrish
Palmetto
Lakewood Ranch
Anna Maria Island
Bradenton Beach
Longboat Key

Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
Home Care Field Employees working less than 32 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Requirements

Minimum one year work experience
Current Home Health Aide Certificate (at least 40 hours) OR CNA License OR one-year of hands on experience working as a caregiver
Current CPR Certification - Must have Hands on Component
Level II Background Check Current (Information regarding the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse can be found at https://info.flclearinghouse.com/)

Responsibilities

→Activities of daily living
→Light housekeeping
→Bathing
→Grooming
→Toileting
→Nail care
→Range of motion / exercises
→Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
→Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
→Assisting with ambulation
→Medication reminders
→Transportation
