Personal Support Assistant

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Personal Support Assistant (DSP) and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, develop life skills, and participate in their communities.

• →Support clients one-on-one in the home and community
• →Assist with life skills, social activities, and personal goals
• →Encourage independence through activities such as shopping, budgeting, exercise, and community outings
• →Build meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, inclusion, and safety

• Age 18+
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation for community outings
• Compassion, patience, and dependability
• Ability to read and write in English
