Responsibilities

→Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers (HHAs, CNAs) and field staff
→Oversee client services including onboarding, care plan development, and ongoing service delivery
→Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
→Partner with families, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction
→Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and service check-ins
→Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
→Model The BAYADA Way, fostering a positive, team-oriented, and mission-driven culture

Nice to Have

Experience in home care, assistive care, or personal care services
Knowledge of private pay home care
Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast-paced environment

Full-time role: exempt
Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
