RN Clinical Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Wynnewood, PA Assistive Care office.

  Lead, coach, and inspire field staff to provide exceptional care

• →

  Conduct client assessments and nursing visits in the Wynnewood, PA area

• →

  Develop care plans and oversee implementation

• →

  Supervise Home Health Aides in the field

• →

  Facilitate orientation for new hires

• →

  Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
