RN Clinical Manager – Lead Home Care Team | $10K Bonus

We’re seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and grow our Assistive Care office in Gaithersburg, MD, serving adult clients across Montgomery County and parts of Frederick County. • $90,000 base salary + $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 4 quarters)
• Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) – no weekends

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of both patient care and team leadership:

• →Lead, mentor, and inspire field staff to deliver exceptional care
• →Conduct in-home client assessments and develop personalized care plans
• →Oversee care delivery and ensure the highest clinical standards
• →Supervise and support HHAs and CNAs in the field
• →Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing staff training
• →Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• →Contribute to a positive, engaging workplace culture

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development
