RN Field Supervisor- Adults/Pediatrics

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Winter Park, FL office. This office provides best in class care to adult clients throughout the surrounding area.

• → Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• → Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Winter Park, FL and other surrounding areas.
• → Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• → Supervise nursing staff in the field.
  
• → Facilitate new hire orientation.
  
• → Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Trach/Vent experience preferred 
• Pediatric Experience Required
