Responsibilities

Essential function of this position include, but are not limited to:

→
Keeps current on all production goals and objectives through in house training and communication with their respective supervisor to include the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
→
Assures optimum productivity and quality standards are maintained.
→
Assures that needed raw materials are requisitioned properly and in time to maintain productivity goals.
→
Works directly with associate and team leadership to establish, maintain, and improve self inspection procedures for the manufacturing of quality products.
→
Assists in instructing associates on how to report production, waste, and material usage according to the latest acceptable methods.
→
Responsible to assure proper safety procedures are followed by all associates assigned to their area.
