Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to corporate, broker-dealer and community association attorneys
  • Prepare, revise, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, calendars, and deadlines
  • Maintain client files and case management systems
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and third parties professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with billing, time entry, expense reporting, and related administrative functions
  • Coordinate with marketing and staff on special projects and initiatives
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting senior attorneys or firm leadership preferred

In accordance with New York and New Jersey state laws, the salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined during the hiring process.
