The Sr Mortgage Advisor role is all about using your skills to connect with members and brokers, not just to sell mortgage loan products, but to create a lasting positive impact on our members and in BECU's journey. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education related experience

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience, self-generating mortgage volume of $12 million or greater annually

• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)

• Expert relationship management, problem resolution, and customer service skills

• Strong sales, prospecting, and follow-up skills

• Proficient math skills, with a high degree of accuracy including the ability to perform complex income analysis

• Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in the English language
