Branch Maintenance Attendant

Job Overview

Branch Maintenance Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintenance related to the branch showroom, customer service, office and warehouse areas and facilities.

Duties

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe store environment including warehouse and showroom
• Ensure cleanliness of the restrooms, floors, windows, doors, countertops, sample racks and displays
• Maintain and restock restroom supplies
• Empty and remove all garbage
• Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies
• Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
• Report and address any major repairs and safety issues
• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Assist with warehouse and showroom operations as needed
• Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goal, and directives.
• Any other duties required of this position

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Close attention to details and high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take the extra step!
• Possess a flexible work schedule
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Prior cleaning and maintenance experience is a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus
