~1 min readAs an HR Executive, your primary responsibility is to support BeeX in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline while contributing to the development of HR systems, policies, and people frameworks.
You will work closely with hiring managers, internal teams, and external partners such as universities and industry networks. The role involves frequent interactions with prospective hires, supporting recruitment processes, strengthening BeeX's employer brand, and assisting in HR operations and policy development.
Candidates with an engineering or technical background are encouraged to apply, as this role primarily supports the recruitment of engineering and technical talent.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Engage with prospective hires throughout the recruitment journey, from sourcing and outreach to onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
- Conduct reference checks and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist in sourcing engineering and technical talent through various recruitment channels.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen BeeX's employer brand among engineering and technical communities.
- Organise and manage career fairs, university engagements, industry talks, showcases, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, polytechnics, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Support recruitment marketing through social media and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical talent.
- Support daily HR operations, including employee records management and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and internal communications.
- Maintain HR databases, trackers, and personnel records.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with engineering or technical background who are interested in transitioning into Human Resources are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other digital recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable engaging with engineering and technical professionals.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
