We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Lead to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, helping to create meaningful, data-driven customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll drive impactful digital campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring customer insights to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we engage with customers across their journey, while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

  Drive the design and delivery of personalised, data-led digital campaigns across the customer journey in our myBega customer platform

• →

  Work collaboratively with product, data, technical and commercial teams to align campaign activity with business priorities

• →

  Lead campaign optimisation by testing, learning, and continuously improving performance

• →

  Support the development of customer segmentation and targeting to enhance engagement and experience

• →

  Liaise with stakeholders to translate insights into meaningful actions and commercial outcomes

• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or campaign delivery

• Understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation, and campaign execution

• Confidence working with data, insights, or analytics to inform decisions

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills

• Exposure to FMCG or retail environments is advantageous, but not essential
