We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team in a permanent, full-time role based at our Koroit site.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting safe, reliable, and efficient site operations, working closely with production and maintenance teams. You’ll contribute through hands-on electrical support, proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives that help the team perform at its best.

This role operates on a rotating roster, with shifts scheduled across day, afternoon and weekend periods. The successful applicant will also be required to participate in an on-call roster.

  Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and electrical systems, responding to breakdowns in a timely and practical way.

  Perform preventative maintenance to improve performance and reduce downtime.

  Support and guide team members by sharing knowledge and coaching safe equipment use.

  Ensure all work is completed in line with engineering, safety and food quality standards.

  Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives, helping build a strong site culture.

• Fully licensed Electrician with experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis.

• Knowledge of automation systems including PLCs, SCADA and industrial networks.

• Confident in fault-finding and troubleshooting across electrical systems.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and P&IDs.
