Are you a mechanically minded problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment?
We’re looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join our team and play a key role in supporting the performance and reliability of our production equipment. This is a hands‑on role where your technical expertise will directly contribute to safe operations, product quality, and overall site performance.
Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages hub for the eastern seaboard. This state-of-the-art facility produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.
This role requires flexibility to work a 12-hour night shift roster (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), including weekdays and weekends (Monday to Sunday).

Carrying out preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety

Responding to breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and reliability programs

Supporting new equipment installations and providing technical input during commissioning

Maintaining high standards of safe work practices and compliance
Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade qualification (essential)
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing, ideally with processing or packaging equipment
Strong problem‑solving capability, with a practical approach to identifying root causes and improving performance
Understanding of asset care and maintenance systems, with a focus on reliability and consistency
A collaborative, team‑focused approach, with clear communication and the ability to build positive working relationships
