We provide a wide range of individualized services, including direct 1:1 care, caregiver-mediated and caregiver-led models, social skills groups, and client-centered self-monitoring programs, designed to meet the diverse needs of the communities we serve.

BIG offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to deliver in-person services while enjoying the flexibility of telehealth options. We follow a BCBA and Program Manager (Student Analyst) model only, ensuring focused and high-quality care for our clients.

Base salary of $80,000–$90,000/year based on experience and qualifications
  • Curated goal banks, eBooks, journals, and clinical tools

  • Access to Motivity, AlohaABA, and Microsoft Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)

  • Flexibility to work both in-person and via telehealth

  • Balanced approach to meet client needs and support clinician well-being

  • Join a supportive team of BCBAs and Program Managers

  • Ongoing collaboration, mentorship, and shared problem-solving

  • Deliver services across a spectrum of care, including:

    • Direct client care

    • Caregiver-mediated and -led interventions

    • Social skills groups

    • Individualized self-monitoring programs to build client autonomy

  • Access to ongoing professional development

  • Commitment to staying current with research and best practices

Requirements

  • California LiveScan

  • Mandated reporter training

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Degree verification and resume

  • NPI and CAQH attestation

  • 3+ years of BCBA experience across diverse settings (home, school, community)

  • Proficient in caregiver training and coaching using BST

  • Experience across various ages and assessment tools

  • Strong time management and follow-through

  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and team-minded

  • Committed to neurodiversity-affirming, person-centered, and strength-based care

  • Flexible and responsive to client and organizational needs

  • Grounded in self-care and sustainable professional practices

  • Familiarity with Catalight, BHPN, or Kaiser systems is a plus
