Ready for your next career step?

Are you proactive, organized, and eager to grow your career?

Do you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and finding smarter ways of working?

Are you someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys making things better?

Whether you already have experience in service operations or you're currently working in a warehouse, logistics, customer service, administration, or another operational environment and are ready for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity, and ambition.

We can teach you our processes—we're looking for someone who is motivated to learn, communicate effectively, and continuously improve the way we work.

As an ASP Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our authorized service partners and ensuring our customers receive excellent service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line support to our authorized service providers (ASP)

  • Monitoring daily operations and following up on internal and external escalations.

  • Tracking customer turnaround times (TAT) and helping improve service performance.

  • Building strong relationships with our service partners and supporting them through communication, training, and performance reviews.

  • Coordinating with internal teams such as Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.

  • Identifying recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Participating in projects focused on improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Coordinating local market requirements with internal departments.

  • Preparing monthly performance reports for our service partners.

  • Occasionally travelling to support projects or partners (maximum 10%).

  • HBO / Bachelor working and thinking level (through education or relevant work experience).

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and isn't afraid to ask questions, challenge existing processes, and suggest improvements.

  • Takes ownership of their work and follows tasks through to completion.

  • Is proactive and enjoys solving problems.

  • Communicate confidently with different people and departments.

  • Builds positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  • Is organized and enjoys administrative and coordination tasks.

  • Has an eye for detail and notice when something could work better.

  • Is comfortable working with numbers and data.

  • Is eager to learn and develop professionally.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • This role is focused on service operations and coordination.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are motivated by service quality, process improvement, and operational support, rather than sales-oriented roles.

Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, retail, or administration is an advantage — but not essential.

Attitude, motivation, and ownership are what matter most.
