Responsibilities

As an Associate Director, you’ll become an integral member of an investment sales team by supporting live transactions while developing your own business development skills.

Responsibilities include:

→Analyze commercial real estate investment opportunities, including financial statements, rent rolls, operating performance and valuation.
→Prepare underwriting, offering memorandums, broker opinions of value and client presentations.
→Research market fundamentals, comparable transactions, demographic trends and capital markets activity.
→Assist in preparing property marketing campaigns and investor outreach strategies.
→Participate in property tours, client meetings and presentations.
→Build and maintain relationships with owners, investors and industry professionals.
→Prospect for new business through research, networking and targeted outreach.
→Maintain accurate market intelligence, ownership databases and pipeline reporting.
→Collaborate with Mortgage Banking professionals to deliver integrated capital markets solutions.
→Support transaction execution from initial engagement through closing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, finance, brokerage, underwriting or a related analytical role.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Financial modeling experience preferred.
Knowledge of ARGUS is a plus.
Real estate license (or ability to obtain).
