Nursery Manager

We are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join our team and lead our nursery to even greater success.

As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are delivered at all times. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and supported in their roles. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep passion for early years education.

• →Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
• →Lead, mentor, and develop the nursery staff, ensuring a high standard of practice across the team.
• →Oversee the planning and implementation of a curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
• →Monitor and evaluate the quality of provision, ensuring continuous improvement.
• →Maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
• →Manage purchases and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability and growth of the nursery.
• →Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and well-resourced, and meets the needs of all children.
• →Conduct regular staff meetings, appraisals, and professional development sessions.

• A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 5 or above preferred).
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a nursery management role within an early-years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
