The User Acquisition Executive will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Betclic’s acquisition strategy primarily in France and our African markets for Social, Display programmatic and Search campaigns.

This role will focus on campaign execution, performance monitoring, partner management (media buying agency) and continuous optimization to drive user growth.

Your mission will be:

Campaign Execution & Optimization :

    • Manage paid acquisition campaigns across multiple traffic sources (Programmatic and Paid Social)
    • Manage and optimize Search acquisition campaigns, including Apple Search Ads and SEA
    • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI
    • Monitor budget allocation and adjust strategies as needed
    • Partners management

    Market-Specific Growth Strategies :

      • Develop and adapt acquisition strategies tailored to the markets you are responsible for
      • Test new acquisition channels and products to drive acquisition growth
      • Stay updated on local regulations and market trends

      Data-Driven Decision Making :

        • Monitor and report key performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates, etc.).
        • Analyze acquisition performance using data and KPIs
        • Provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness
        • Provide ad-hoc analyses and recommendations to optimize performance through data-driven iterations and A/B testing

        Collaboration with Teams :

          • Work closely with local marketing and business teams to align efforts
          • Ensure coordination between global and local strategies for seamless execution
          • Work closely with the Design team to create high-performing assets for acquisition campaigns

          You should apply if:

          • You have 1 to 2 years of experience in digital acquisition : Mobile App or Web
          • You have experience in managing paid campaigns
          • Strong analytical and ad platforms skills
          • Autonomous and bold in testing and leading new strategies/channels/…
          • Leadership
          • Interest in sport is a big plus
          • Previous SEA/Search experience is a plus
          • Experience managing agencies is a plus
          • Proficient in English

          If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Mathilde within a week for an HR prequalification (30 minutes).

          We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).

          You will then meet Nicolas, User Acquisition Manager, your future manager, and then, Etienne, Head of User Acquisition.

          Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview, and you will discuss your AssessFirst Test together.

          To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
