• In-house developed applications for full control over the value chain: real-time segmentation, player protection through awareness and rule integration, risk detection, and more.

• Tech teams organized into autonomous squads and tribes, each responsible for a specific functional and technical domain, enabling end-to-end project ownership: development, load testing, delivery, and production monitoring (monitoring, alerting).

Working closely with Product and Technical Leads (Product Owner, Architect, Data Architect…), your responsibilities will be to:

• Conduct technical studies before development.

• Participate in project planning and estimation.

• Write high-quality code while following best practices.

• Mentor and upskill other squad members.

• Collaborate with other squads on cross-functional feature development.

• Monitor production daily and proactively implement monitoring and alerting solutions.

• Be capable of providing on-call support.

• Help define technical guidelines within our Guilds.

• Microservices & event-driven architecture

If your application is selected, Mathilde will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-screening.

You will then meet one of Betclic’s Engineering Managers.

Next, you’ll be asked to complete a technical test with one of our .NET experts.

We’ll also invite you to take the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning).

Finally, you’ll have a final HR interview, where we’ll review and discuss your AssessFirst results together.
