Responsibilities

→Full process management of product news/promotions/campaign creation and launch;
→Measuring the effectiveness of completed campaigns;
→Planning and managing marketing research;
→Ensuring smooth work processes;
→Implementing innovations and continuous focus on development;
→Performing other tasks related to the direct supervisor's activities, as assigned;
→Initiating and executing continuous process optimization;
→Conceptualizing new unique campaigns and ensuring their launch.

Requirements

Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred);
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the gambling industry;
Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role;
Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products;
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals;
Knowledge of project management fundamentals;
Theoretical or practical knowledge of customer types and segments;
Mentoring and knowledge-sharing competency;
Proficiency in Georgian and English languages.
